Though Kanye West, Drake, and the like may be the so-called “big names’ in hop hop right now, Prass certainly gives them a strong run for their money. Prass takes a traditional hip-hop beat and seamlessly blends it with old-school pop stylings to concoct a track that is truly memorable to the ear. “The Fire” is another one of Prass’s standout tracks from The Future And The Past. Bouncy, light, and just plain fun, “Short Court Style” is one of the more refreshing latest hip hop songs. Standout track “Short Court Style” oozes ebullience and a intricate, addictive beat that makes Prass seem like a longtime hip hop veteran.
